Plastics Plus has a 5’ x 10’ CNC router, vacuum hold down, and part nesting software. We are able to cut your required parts to exacting tolerances

• Acrylic (Plexiglas) - Acrylic sheet is a clear thermoplastic material with excellent mechanical and chemical properties. Acrylic sheet can be easily cemented, welded, thermoformed and machined, making it an extremely versatile product.
• Polycarbonate (Lexan™) - Polycarbonate; Lexan™, Makrolon® or Hyzod is a sheet which offers the combination of impact strength, cost effectiveness and energy efficiency. It is an all around performance product and the right choice for almost any demanding glazing application.
• U.H.M.W (Ultra High Molecular Weight) - UHMW has a very low coefficient of friction. Frictional wear on unlubricated surfaces in contact with UHMW is less than with any other plastic. UHMW also displays extraordinary resistance to abrasive wear by gritty materials.
